Celebrity Chef Armstrong, from Bravo TV’s hit show Top Chef Masters, has brought both depth and breadth of experience to The Lobster since 2017. With a history that spans decades and includes time in the kitchens of some of the world’s most famous restaurants from Wolfgang Puck’s original Spago in West Hollywood, to Arzak, a three-star Michelin restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain, Chef Armstrong brings a myriad of flavors to his cuisine.

Govind is a longtime advocate of food sustainability, responsibly sourced seafood, and using locally farmed ingredients. Born in Inglewood and raised in Costa Rica, he loves to create award-winning, seasonally inspired seafood dishes, as well as a broad selection of tantalizing gourmet fares.
